Article 2195
Health and Safety Precautions
(1)
An employee shall implement all health and safety instructions issued by an employer or by a concerned governmental authority.
#(2)
An employee shall use appropriately and with care any appliance or device provided for the protection of the health and safety of himself and other employees.
#(3)
If it can be done without endangering himself, an employee shall render assistance, when an accident occurs or an imminent danger threatens other employees or the employer’s property.
