Article 2220
Terminated Employees
(1)
An employee whose contract of employment has been terminated shall be entitled to wages in lieu of annual leave not taken.
#(2)
An employee who has completed his probation period but not a year of service shall be entitled to wages in lieu of annual leave not taken proportionate to the length of time he has worked during the year.
