Article 1605
Member of group of persons
(1)
If a member of a group of persons unlawfully causes injury and if the risk of causing this injury should have prevented these persons from their collective conduct, they are solidarily liable if the conduct can be imputed to them.

Among themselves, they must contribute to the reparation of the injury in equal parts, unless in the circumstances of the case equity requires a different apportionment.
