Article 1693
Res Judicata
(1)
Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 1692, the Court’s evaluation of the injury shall be final.
#(2)
The victim may not bring a fresh action for compensation for other injury he has suffered unless such injury was caused independently of that for which he has already claimed compensation.
