Article 1629
Collision between Vehicles
(1)
Where two motor vehicles collide, each of them is deemed to have contributed equally to cause the accident.
#(2)
The owner of each vehicle, or the holder answerable for it, bears half of the total amount of the injury caused by the accident.
#(3)
The provisions of this Article shall not apply where it is proved that the accident was caused, wholly or chiefly, by the fault of one of the drivers.
