Article 1692
Date of Assessment of Injury
(1)
The Court assesses the injury sustained by the victim as on the day on which it renders judgment.
#(2)
Where it is impossible finally to assess the injury on that date, the Court may give a provisional judgment and authorize an application for reconsideration of such decision.
#(3)
The application for reconsideration must be made within five years from the date of the provisional judgment.
