Modes of Compensation
(1)
As a rule, the injury is made good by compensating the victim by means of an equivalent sum of money.
#(2)
The Court may, subject to the liberty of persons and to the rights of third parties, order in lieu of or in addition to pecuniary compensation other appropriate measures to make good or limit the injury.
