Article 1611
Duty to Educate and to Supervise
(1)
A person commits a fault where he fails to take in respect of persons entrusted to his charge or supervision by law or in conformity with the law the measures of education and supervision which may reasonably be expected of him, having regard to the circumstances and customs.
#(2)
He is liable where, as a consequence of his failure, injury is suffered by the person in his charge.
#(3)
He is liable where, as a consequence of his failure, the person subject to his supervision causes injury to another person.
