Article 1656
Fault of the Victim
(1)
Where the injury is due partly to the fault of the victim, the latter shall receive partial compensation only.
#(2)
In fixing the extent to which the injury shall be made good, all the circumstances of the case are taken into account, in particular the extent to which the respective faults have contributed to causing the injury and the gravity of each fault.
