Article 1630
Manufactured Goods
(1)
A person who manufactures goods and supplies them to the public for profit is liable for injury to another person resulting from the normal use of these products.
#(2)
No liability is incurred where the defect which has caused the injury could have been discovered by an ordinary examination of the products used.
