Article 1672
Custom
(1)
In fixing the amount of the equitable compensation under the preceding Articles, and in establishing who is qualified to act as representative of the family, the Court shall have regard to local customs.
#(2)
The Court shall not disregard such customs unless they are anachronistic and manifestly contrary to reason or morality.
